 In the first post on this new blog I will share my experience of paying Indihome bills using BCA mobile banking.


Since the launch of IndiHome Fiber in 2015, the total IndiHome customers in July 2019 have reached 6.5 million users. Where 1.5 million of them are active users of UseeTV (interactive television service from IndiHome).


How to Pay Indihome Through BCA Mobile:


IndiHome Package:

Broadly speaking there are 3 packages offered by IndiHome namely Single Play, Dual Play and Triple Play. Each in each package offers a variety of choices, as quoted from www.indihome.co.id/package

Single Play, only provides 1 telephone or internet service

Dual Play, there are two choices of services according to your needs. Can internet + telephone or internet + tv

Triple Play, this is a complete package from IndiHome. You can enjoy all the services provided namely internet + telephone + tv.


Check IndiHome Bill:

To check how much IndiHome bill you can in various ways, you can use the myIndiHome application which you can download for free at Play Store.

After you download the application, all you have to do is enter the mobile number that you registered when you first installed IndiHome, and IndiHome will send an OTP (One Time Password) code in the form of a 4 digit number for your login.


How to Pay Indihome Through BCA Mobile:

1. Open the BCA Mobile Application

2. Enter the Access Code

3. Tab to the m-Payment menu

4. Then the tab to Phone

5. On the Telephone Operator section will be filled automatically TELKOM

In the Input Area Code & No. Fill in your telephone with a 12-digit IndiHome customer number (REMEMBER! IndiHome customer number is not a Mobile number)

From the account, this will deduct the balance from which account will make the payment.
